-Pick whatever you want to draw (3 locations, characters etc.)
-1 page of sketches (to explore the style and feel)
Use Claire Wendling and the Song as inspiration. And the basic story outline I posted as a guideline.
Post pictures and reference images to the blog, post the documents to google docs.
Work to what you want to do: character concepts, environment etc,
and post on the blog what you want to do along with your reference images.
